Course Details

Our foundation lip augmentation and facial dermal fillers course is designed for learners wanting to enter the industry at a beginner level and specialise in lip augmentation and dermal fillers on all areas of face.

Our goal at the Derma Cosmedic Academy is to deliver the highest quality training in dermal fillers using the safest and most up to date techniques.

This course is suitable for those with or without a medical background, it is designed to provide the student with the ability to seek employment or start their own business once qualified.

At a minimum student will be required to be qualified in at least one of the following:

Entry Requirements

Medically Qualified as a nurse, doctor or dentist with current registration

• NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy

• 6 months of needling experience

• 6 months’ micropigmentation experience and Anatomy & Physiology Level 3

Course Content

The Basic Dermal filler course covers the basic aspects of dermal filler injectables but it will teach students how to reshape, recontour different areas of the face, whilst working with clients to achieve their most desired look.

• Marionette Lines

The day will begin with a presentation reviewing the information from our workbook, the remaining time of the 2 days will be spent performing practical treatments on live models on all areas of the face, under the supervision of our nurse tutors and Aesthetic practitioners.

Lunch will be provided for all our trainers.

Upon completion of the course, you will be provided with everything you need to begin your aesthetics practice immediately. This includes CPD certification, insurance details, prescriber service, pharmacy registration and PDF versions of consultation forms, medical history and consent forms.
