Discounted Courses of Treatments

- Courses of treatments purchased at a heavily discounted rate are non-refundable.

- Refunds will only be considered in the event of a genuine medical reason or if a client has experienced a significant issue with their treatment.

Medical Reasons

- Refunds for any treatment (discounted or full-price) are only available for medical reasons.

- A valid letter from your GP must be provided to support your claim.

- Refund approval is at our sole discretion and subject to review of the documentation provided.

Treatment Experience Issues

- If you feel you have had a bad experience with your treatment, please notify us immediately. We will investigate your case and determine whether a refund, alternative treatment, or other resolution is appropriate.

Non-Refundable Situations

- Change of mind or personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

- Failure to attend appointments or adhere to aftercare instructions will not be considered for a refund.

Deposit & Refund Policy

At Derma Cosmedic, we value your time and commitment, and our policies are designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all clients.

Deposits

- To secure a booking, a £25 deposit is required.

- Your debit or credit card will be charged at the time of booking.

- This deposit is redeemed against the cost of your treatment when you attend your appointment.

Non-Refundable Deposits

- All deposits paid for treatments, whether booked online or in clinic, are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

- This applies even if you decide not to proceed with your treatment, as a full consultation and expert advice will have been provided during your appointment.

Medical Conditions

- While deposits are non-refundable, we understand that unforeseen medical conditions may arise.

- If you are unable to undergo treatment for a genuine medical reason, this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

- In such cases, you may be required to provide a GP letter to support your claim.
