Meet Caroline

I’m the founder of Derma Cosmedic, a high-end medical aesthetics clinic and award-winning training academy based in Liverpool. With over two decades of hands-on experience in beauty, skincare, and advanced aesthetic medicine, my journey began with a passion for flawless, healthy skin—and a desire to help others feel confident in theirs.

After working as a model and training under prestigious agencies like Storm, I transitioned into the world of clinical aesthetics. I first launched my own clinic in 2002, and after facing significant challenges (including being let down by poor-quality equipment suppliers),

I rebuilt my career from the ground up. That journey shaped me into the practitioner and businesswoman I am today—resilient, results-driven, and committed to excellence.

Now holding a degree in Aesthetic Medicine and a Level 7 qualification (the equivalent of a master’s), I specialise in advanced skin restoration, non-surgical anti-aging, and body transformation treatments. I work alongside a team of highly skilled medical professionals to offer everything from polynucleotides and biostimulators like Radiesse and Sculptra, to CoolSculpting, HIFU, laser rejuvenation, and more.

I’m also proud to train the next generation of aesthetic professionals, helping them launch and scale their own businesses through our fully accredited, medically-led academy.

Clinic Co-ordinator & Social Media Marketing Specialist

As the Clinic Co-ordniator at Derma Cosmedic, I bring a passion for patient care and a deep understanding of the aesthetics industry to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every client. With a strong background in organisation and communication, I oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

In addition to me co-Ordination role, I lead our Social Media marketing efforts - creating engaging, informative, and visually appealing content that reflects our brand's commitment to excellence in skincare and cosmetic treatments. My goal is to connect with our community, share expert knowledge, and showcase real results that build trust and transparency.

Meet Jennifer

With a specialised degree in Laser and Skin Rejuvenation, I've built my career around a deep passion for skin health and beauty. I believe that when you feel good in your skin, it transforms every part of your life. My mission is to help each client regain their confidence by providing personalised, results-driven treatments that bring out the best version of themselves. Weather you-re looking to refresh, rejuvenate, or restore, I'm here to guide you every step of the way with expertise, care and a genuine love for what I do.

With over 8 years of experience as an Aesthetic Tutor and a proud educator for Derma Cosmedic, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to the World of advanced aesthetics. Holding the highest level teaching qualification, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional training that empowers both new and experienced practitioners to excel in their careers.

My teaching style blends clinical precision with a strong focus on learner confidence and hands-on skill development. I specialise in advanced skin treatments and aesthetic procedures, and i'm committed to staying at the forefront of industry advancements to ensure my students receive the most-up-to-date and relevant education.
